How to tell it
Three small leaflets covered in silky silver hairs on both sides, giving the characteristic shine. Yellow pea flowers, one to three at the tip of each stem. A low plant, twenty to forty centimetres.
What it is confused with
No dangerous lookalikes known in the Iberian Peninsula.
What it is for
No relevant use. It counts as an indicator of well-preserved, lightly grazed dry scrub.
